Solid construction
Very robust coupling. I chose the double diaphragm version for extra stability. Installation was straightforward, though the set screws required a specific hex key not included in the box.

Good but heavy
The coupling works great and transmits torque efficiently. Just be aware that because it is made of solid 45# steel, it is heavier than aluminum alternatives, which might matter for high-speed applications.

Great value for industrial use
We ordered ten of these for our assembly line robots. They have been running continuously for three months with no signs of wear. The price point is unbeatable for this grade of steel.

Zero backlash as advertised
I was worried about play in the system, but this coupling provides true zero backlash. My 3D printer resolution improved immediately after swapping out the old rubber spider coupling for this one.

Perfect fit for my CNC upgrade
The keyway fits perfectly on my servo motor shaft. The build quality of the 45# steel is excellent, and it handles the high torque without any flex issues. Highly recommended for precision machinery.

Excellent misalignment compensation
My motor mount wasn't perfectly aligned, and this flexible diaphragm design absorbed the slight angular error perfectly. No vibration or noise during operation.
Q: What torque rating does the 10mm bore size have?
A: The 10mm bore size typically supports a rated torque of approximately 25 Nm. Please verify the specific model number you are viewing for the exact engineering specifications.
Q: What is the maximum RPM this coupling can handle safely?
A: For the standard sizes in this series, the maximum safe operating speed is typically around 4000 RPM. Please consult the specific datasheet for your bore size for exact limits.
Q: Can I use this outdoors in rainy conditions?
A: While the black oxide coating offers some rust resistance, this coupling is designed for indoor industrial environments. For outdoor use, we recommend applying additional corrosion protection or using a stainless steel variant.
Q: Is the single diaphragm version suitable for parallel misalignment?
A: The single diaphragm is best for angular misalignment. For significant parallel misalignment, we strongly recommend using the Double Diaphragm Coupling version for better performance and longevity.
Q: Does this coupling come with the keys for the keyway?
A: No, the keys are not included in the package. You will need to source standard metric or imperial keys separately based on your shaft size.
