Reliable replacement part
I buy these in bulk for our workshop. These star couplings hold up well under continuous operation and resist oil degradation better than cheaper alternatives.

Good quality, fast shipping
The pad arrived quickly and matches the description. I deducted one star only because the color was slightly darker than expected, but functionally it works great.

Solved the alignment issue
My motor was making a clanking sound due to a worn-out spider. Replacing it with this buffer pad smoothed out the rotation instantly. Highly recommended.

Solid product
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The hexagonal shape aligns easily. Just make sure you measure your existing coupling carefully before ordering.

Perfect fit for my compressor
Ordered the GR38 size for an old air compressor coupling. It fit perfectly and eliminated the vibration noise immediately. The material feels very durable.

Great value for money
Much cheaper than buying from the original equipment manufacturer, but the quality seems identical. Will definitely purchase again when needed.
Q: What is the difference between GR38 and GR42?
A: The number refers to the outer diameter in millimeters. GR38 is 38mm wide, while GR42 is 42mm wide. Please measure your existing spider or coupling jaws to ensure you select the correct size.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on this item?
A: Yes, all our coupling pads come with a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty. If the item fails under normal operating conditions within this period, we will provide a replacement.
Q: Is this resistant to hydraulic fluid?
A: The polyurethane material offers good resistance to oils and greases. However, prolonged exposure to aggressive hydraulic fluids or solvents may degrade the material over time.
Q: Can I use this if my coupling is slightly damaged?
A: We recommend inspecting the metal jaws of the coupling for cracks or deformation. If the metal housing is damaged, replacing only the pad may not solve the issue and could lead to premature failure.
Q: Is this pad suitable for high-torque applications?
A: Yes, the 92 Shore A hardness provides excellent torque transmission while dampening vibrations, making it suitable for standard industrial high-torque setups.
