Perfect fit for my CNC upgrade
This coupling solved the vibration issues I was having with my old rigid coupler. The elastic spider element absorbs shock perfectly, and the aluminum build quality is excellent.

Solid construction
Very sturdy aluminum alloy. It feels premium and the anodized finish looks professional. Works exactly as described for connecting my servo to the leadscrew.

Reduced noise significantly
The difference in noise level compared to metal-to-metal couplings is night and day. The elastic element really dampens the sound and vibration from the ball screw.

Reliable for precision tasks
Using this for a 3D printer Z-axis upgrade. The low backlash ensures consistent layer height. No wobble or play detected after weeks of continuous use.

Great value, easy installation
Installed this on a NEMA 23 servo motor setup. The clamp hubs made alignment very straightforward. Deducted one star only because the instructions were a bit sparse, but the product itself works great.
Q: Can I replace just the elastic element if it wears out?
A: Absolutely. The elastic spider inserts are sold separately as wear parts, allowing you to replace them without discarding the aluminum hubs.
Q: Is this suitable for high-speed spindle applications?
A: While it handles high torque well, it is primarily designed for servo motor to leadscrew applications. For very high RPM spindles, please consult our specialized high-speed series.
Q: What is the maximum misalignment this coupling can tolerate?
A: This spider coupling can typically accommodate angular misalignment up to 1 degree and parallel misalignment up to 0.2mm, depending on the specific bore size.
Q: What tools are needed for installation?
A: You will need a hex key (Allen wrench) corresponding to the set screws on the clamp hubs. No special pressing tools are required due to the split-clamp design.
Q: Does this coupling come with the elastic spider insert included?
A: Yes, the package includes the aluminum hubs and the pre-installed elastic spider element ready for assembly.
