Q: How do I determine which GR size I need?

A: The size is usually stamped on the side of the existing elastomer spider. If unreadable, please measure the outer diameter and tooth count, or provide your coupling model number to our support team.

Q: What is the hardness rating for the GR55 size?

A: The standard hardness for the GR55 size is typically 92 Shore A (Yellow), but please check the specific color code on your old part as different hardness levels are available by request.

Q: Is this compatible with non-KTR brand couplings?

A: While designed for KTR ROTEX couplings, it may fit other brands with identical dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee performance or fitment with non-original housings.

Q: Does this buffer pad come with the metal hubs included?

A: No, this listing is for the elastomer buffer pad only. The metal hubs must be purchased separately if replacements are needed.

Q: Can I use this for a high-temperature application around 110°C?

A: The standard elastomer is rated up to 100°C. For temperatures exceeding this, we recommend contacting us for special heat-resistant material options.
