Q: Is the bore finished or does it need machining?

A: The hubs are supplied with unfinished bores. You will need to machine them to your specific shaft diameter and keyway requirements according to your engineering specs.

Q: Can I get a certificate of origin for customs clearance?

A: Absolutely. We provide an official Certificate of Origin stating 'Made in Germany' with every order for international shipments.

Q: Are replacement spiders available separately if they wear out?

A: Yes, we sell the T-PUR spider elements separately for all ROTEX series sizes, so you do not need to replace the entire coupling when the elastomer wears.

Q: What is the lead time for the larger sizes like ROTEX 90 or 125?

A: Sizes up to 75 are usually in stock and ship within 24 hours. Sizes 90 and 125 may require 3-5 business days for dispatch if not currently in local inventory.

Q: Does this coupling come with the spider element included?

A: Yes, the complete coupling set includes both metal hubs and the polyurethane spider element pre-assembled or packed together depending on the specific size.
