Reliable for light duty

Works exactly as described for low-torque applications. Do not use this for heavy industrial machinery, but for encoders and small servos, it is ideal.

Easy to install

Good quality, compact size

Perfect fit for my CNC project

Excellent vibration damping

The elastic element does a great job absorbing minor misalignments and vibrations. My encoder readings are much more stable now.
