Good value, precise fit
The bore sizes were exactly as specified. It handled the torque of my 400W servo without any issues. Took off one star because the set screws could be slightly longer.

Excellent for robotics
Using these on a robotic arm joint. The torsional stiffness is impressive, allowing for very precise positioning. Will definitely buy more for future builds.

Perfect for my CNC upgrade
Installed this on my Z-axis servo motor. The zero backlash is noticeable immediately, and the machining quality is excellent. Very rigid yet flexible enough for minor misalignments.

Solved my vibration problem
My previous rubber coupling was causing slight vibrations at high speeds. Switched to this diaphragm type and the system runs whisper quiet. Great product.

Robust construction
Heavy-duty aluminum alloy feels very premium. I've been running it at high RPMs for weeks with no vibration or heating issues. Highly recommended for automation projects.
Q: Can this handle axial movement?
A: Yes, the diaphragm design allows for limited axial displacement while maintaining torque transmission, making it suitable for applications with thermal expansion.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor use?
A: While the anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, we recommend using a protective cover if the coupling will be exposed to rain or harsh chemicals outdoors.
Q: What is the maximum RPM rating for this coupler?
A: Depending on the specific size, these couplings can typically handle up to 10,000 RPM. Please refer to the detailed specification sheet for your chosen size.
Q: Are the set screws included in the package?
A: Yes, the coupling comes pre-installed with high-strength stainless steel set screws ready for immediate use.
Q: Does this coupling come in different bore sizes?
A: Yes, we offer various bore size combinations. Please check the selection menu or contact us for custom sizing options.
