Perfect for summer heat
Living in a hot climate, these are essential for me. I stick one on the back of my neck when I come inside from gardening. It lowers my body temperature quickly and feels refreshing.

Gentle on sensitive skin
My skin reacts badly to most adhesives, but these caused no redness or itching. The gel is thick and doesn't dry out quickly. Will definitely purchase again.

Good but small
The cooling effect is genuine, but I wish the patches were slightly larger to cover more area. For the price, they are decent, but I expected maybe 6 pieces instead of 5.

Great for headaches
I use these whenever I get a tension headache. The cooling sensation is immediate and very soothing. Took off one star because they sometimes slide off if you sweat too much, but overall a great product.
