Perfect fit for my lathe motor
The bore size was exact and the keyway aligned perfectly. The steel feels solid and the spider element fits snugly without too much force. Highly recommend for industrial machinery.

Handles high torque well
Using this on a pump motor setup. It handles the load without vibration. The elastic spider absorbs shock nicely. Delivery was faster than expected.

Value buy
Good value for money. The set screws included were adequate. Just make sure to check your shaft diameter before ordering as the range is wide.

Good quality, slight machining marks
Overall a great coupling for the price. There were some minor machining marks on the hub surface, but nothing that affects performance. Torque transmission is smooth.
Q: Does this coupling require lubrication?
A: No, the elastic spider design operates without lubrication, which reduces maintenance needs.
Q: Are the keyways standard DIN 6885?
A: Yes, all keyways are machined according to DIN 6885 standards for compatibility.
Q: What is the maximum RPM for the XL3 model?
A: The XL3 model can safely operate up to 4000 RPM depending on the specific bore size and balance.
Q: What is the operating temperature range?
A: The polyurethane spider allows operation between -30°C and +80°C effectively.
Q: Can the bore diameter be customized to 25mm?
A: Standard sizes go up to 24mm. For 25mm, please contact our support team for a custom machining request.
