A: No, the diaphragm design is maintenance-free and does not require lubrication.
Q: Is the disc replaceable if damaged?
A: The disc is integrated into the assembly. If damaged, the entire coupling should be replaced.
Q: What shaft tolerance do you recommend?
A: We recommend an h7 shaft tolerance for optimal clamping and balance.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A: Standard stock ships in 2 days. Bulk orders over 100 units may take 1-2 weeks.
Q: Can this handle high vibration environments?
A: Yes, the diaphragm absorbs vibration well. We suggest using thread locker on set screws.
