Strong hold
Very hard steel, make sure you use the right Allen key to avoid rounding the socket. Otherwise, excellent product.

Perfect for motor shafts
Used these to secure pulleys on a CNC router. The 12.9 grade holds tight without stripping. Exactly what I needed for high torque applications.

Needed genuine DIN 74 for import machinery repair. These fit perfectly and meet the hardness requirements specified in the manual.

A: No, these are made of alloy steel graded 12.9 for high tensile strength, not stainless steel.
Q: What hex key size is required for the M6 screws?
A: Typically a 3mm hex key is required for M6 cup point set screws according to DIN 74 standards.
Q: Do you currently have the M8 size in stock?
A: Currently we only stock M3 through M6 and M10 through M12. M8 is out of stock at this time.
Q: Is there any corrosion protection on these?
A: Yes, they feature a black oxide coating which provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces glare.
