Description
This is a high-strength, headless set screw designed for securing components by tightening against a shaft or bore without protruding above the surface. Manufactured from alloy steel with a Grade 12.9 hardness rating, it features a flat point tip to maximize contact area and prevent rotation under heavy load. The fastener includes a hexagonal socket drive for precise torque application using an Allen key and is available in metric thread sizes ranging from M3 to M12 to suit various mechanical assemblies. Ensure the mating surface is clean and use a calibrated tool to apply the correct tightening torque for optimal holding power.
