Easy Integration
The analog output makes it easy to read gas concentration levels. I integrated it with an ESP32 for a smart home alert system.

Great for Arduino Projects
Works perfectly with my Arduino Uno. Easy to calibrate using the potentiometer. The analog output allows for precise reading of gas concentration levels.

Sensitive but needs warmup
Detects gas quickly but needs about 24 hours initial burn-in for stable readings. Once calibrated, it is quite reliable for prototyping.

Good sensor, loud buzzer
The onboard buzzer is a bit loud when triggered, but the sensor accuracy is good. You can disable the buzzer if needed for quiet operation.

Bought five for a school project. All arrived working. Good documentation online makes integration straightforward for beginners.
Q: What is the pinout?
A: The pins are labeled VCC, GND, Digital Out (DO), and Analog Out (AO). Please refer to the included datasheet for the detailed diagram.
Q: Can this run on 3.3V logic?
A: The sensor heating element requires 5V, but the digital output can be interfaced with 3.3V systems using a voltage divider or level shifter.
Q: Is this suitable for home safety alarms?
A: This module is designed for hobby and prototyping use. For critical life safety applications, please use certified industrial detectors.
Q: Does it detect carbon monoxide?
A: It has some sensitivity to Carbon Monoxide, but it is primarily designed and calibrated for LPG, Methane, and combustible gases.
Q: How long does calibration take?
A: We recommend a 24-hour initial burn-in period for best accuracy. After that, minor adjustments can be made via the potentiometer.
