Easy to Integrate
Very straightforward to wire up. The voltage range is flexible enough for 3.3V and 5V logic. No issues so far in my prototype.

Good Value Module
Solid build quality. The only downside is the header pins weren't included soldered, but that's expected. Sound is clean with minimal noise.

Excellent Preamp
I used this for a voice recognition project. The AGC works well to keep levels consistent. Highly recommended for embedded systems.

Perfect for Arduino
Works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The gain settings are easy to select via the GPIO pin. Audio quality is surprisingly clear for the price.

Works as Described
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Gain selection is handy. Took a star off because the PCB is quite small, hard to solder for beginners.
Q: What is the output impedance?
A: The output is designed to drive high-impedance inputs like ADCs or line-in ports, typically around 1k ohm.
Q: Can I connect this directly to a speaker?
A: No, this is a preamp. You will need a separate power amplifier module to drive a speaker.
Q: How do I select the gain level?
A: The gain is selected by the voltage level on the Gain pin. Please refer to the datasheet for specific voltage thresholds.
Q: Does this module include the microphone?
A: No, this is an amplifier module only. You need to connect an external electret microphone.
Q: Is this compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO?
A: Yes, it operates at 3.3V and 5V, making it compatible with Pi GPIO pins.
