Solid hobbyist tool
Works well for visualizing heart signals on an oscilloscope or serial plotter. Be aware that there is no galvanic isolation, so always power this with a battery when testing on humans for safety.

Excellent for educational projects
I used this module for a university biomedical engineering project. The signal clarity is impressive for the price point. Easy to interface with Arduino using standard analog reads. Just remember this is for learning, not medical diagnosis.

Easy Arduino integration
Plug and play with most existing libraries. The documentation provided by the community is helpful. Voltage range is flexible which makes it great for 3.3V logic boards like the ESP32.

Good value but needs filtering
The hardware works as described. I noticed some 50Hz noise in my setup, but adding a software filter cleaned it up nicely. The lead-off detection is a handy feature to have built-in.
