Great value, minor learning curve
This oven holds temperature very well once it gets going. It took us a few days to figure out the optimal settings for our deep-dish pizzas, but now that we have it dialed in, production is faster. The only reason for 4 stars is that the manual could be more detailed regarding pre-heating times.

Excellent capacity for the footprint
Space is tight in our kitchen, so the ability to switch between 1 and 2 layers is a lifesaver. We can bake large batches of cookies on full capacity or just use the top layer for small orders. Very versatile machine.

Good performance, heavy unit
The baking results are professional grade. Our sourdough loaves come out with a perfect crust. Just be aware that this unit is extremely heavy; make sure you have a dolly and extra hands for installation. Otherwise, it's a fantastic purchase.
