We use this daily in our food truck. The stainless steel is easy to clean, and the gas connection is secure. The automatic filling mechanism is very precise.
Q: Can I adjust the thickness of the dough wrapper?
A: Absolutely. There is an adjustable roller mechanism that allows you to set the dough sheet thickness between 0.8mm and 2.5mm depending on your recipe.

A: Yes, the unit is compatible with both Natural Gas and LPG (propane). You may need to swap the nozzle kit, which is included in the box.
