Great value for the price

Good product, shipping took a while
The dispenser works well and is easy to load. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and one unit arrived with a tiny scratch on the lid. Functionality wasn't affected, but aesthetics matter in a lobby.

Sturdy but keys are small
The dispenser itself is very durable and the plastic feels thick, not cheap. My only minor complaint is that the keys are quite small and easy to misplace. Otherwise, it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
