Excellent for outlining
The black is deep and rich. It creates perfect outlines for watercolor paintings without bleeding into the wet areas too much.

Safe for kids
As a teacher, I appreciate that these are non-toxic and water-based. They wash off skin easily if the kids get messy, but stay put on paper.

Perfect for my daughter's sketchbook
These pens are fantastic. The fine tip is great for details, and the brush tip allows for some nice variation in line width. My kids love using them for their comic strips.

Truly fade-resistant

Great dual functionality
Having both a fine liner and a brush tip in one pen saves so much space in my pencil case. The transition between tips is seamless.

Good value, smooth ink flow
The ink flows very smoothly without skipping. I deducted one star only because the cap can be a little tight to remove sometimes, but that ensures it doesn't dry out.
Q: Is this pen suitable for use on fabric?
A: While it is water-based and works best on paper, it may wash out of fabric unless heat-set or used with a fabric medium. We recommend testing on a small area first.
Q: Can this be used over watercolor without smudging?
A: Yes, provided the watercolor paint is completely dry. The water-based ink sits well on top of dried watercolor layers.
Q: What is the shelf life of this marker?
A: When stored horizontally with caps tightly sealed, these markers typically remain usable for up to 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Q: How long does the ink last before drying out if left uncapped?
A: We recommend capping the pen immediately after use. If left uncapped for more than a few minutes, the tips may begin to dry, though they can often be revived by scribbling on scrap paper.
Q: Are refills available for this specific model?
A: Currently, this specific dual-tip model is designed as a disposable unit and does not support refill cartridges.
