Best value WiFi 6 adapter
For the price, you cannot beat this. It delivers real WiFi 6 speeds without needing to install any drivers manually. Just plugged it into my USB 3.0 port and it was ready to go. Streaming 4K video is now buttery smooth.

Reliable for video calls
Since installing this, my Zoom and Teams calls have been much more stable. No more freezing or audio dropouts. It gets a little warm after several hours of use, but nothing concerning. The external antennas definitely help with range.

Hits gigabit speeds wirelessly
I have a gigabit fiber connection and this adapter actually allows me to utilize most of that bandwidth over WiFi. Tested at 850+ Mbps on the 5GHz band close to the router. Very impressed with the performance of the AX1800 chipset.

Solid signal strength
My router is in the living room and my office is two rooms away with a thick wall. This adapter picks up a strong signal where my laptop's internal card struggled. The dual-band switching works seamlessly. Highly recommended for desktops without built-in WiFi.

Great speed, bulky design
The transfer speeds are excellent when downloading large design files. It handles the 5GHz band very well. The only downside is that the antennas make it a bit bulky, so if you have other USB ports right next to it, you might need the extension cradle which is included.

Perfect for lag-free gaming
I switched from an old USB 2.0 adapter to this WiFi 6 card and the difference is night and day. My ping in online games dropped significantly, and I haven't experienced any disconnects during long sessions. The setup was truly plug-and-play on my Windows 11 desktop.
Q: Does it work if I only have USB 2.0 ports?
A: Yes, the adapter is backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports. However, to achieve the maximum Gigabit speeds and full WiFi 6 performance, we strongly recommend using a USB 3.0 port. On USB 2.0, speeds will be capped at USB 2.0 limits.

A: The effective range depends on your environment, obstacles like walls, and your router's power. With its 2x 5dBi high-gain antennas, this adapter typically offers significantly better range than internal laptop cards or smaller nano adapters, often covering an average-sized home effectively.

A: No additional software is needed for WPA3 support on Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) and Windows 11. As long as your router is configured for WPA3 and you are using the native Windows drivers (which install automatically), the adapter will support the protocol.
