Good product, tricky alignment
The awning itself is fantastic and very clear. Taking off one star because aligning the brackets perfectly required two people and some patience. Once up, it looks sleek.

Brightens up the courtyard
This canopy transformed our dark courtyard into a bright, usable space even when it rains. The bronze tint option reduces glare nicely without making it too dark underneath.

Solid rain protection
Does exactly what it says. Keeps the porch dry. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the sealant provided ran out slightly short for the longest edge, so I had to buy a extra tube.

Survived a harsh winter
Installed last autumn and it just went through a snowy winter. The slope sheds snow easily, and there is no cracking or yellowing yet. Very impressed with the durability claims.

Great quality for the price
We installed this over our back door window. The polycarbonate material looks much more expensive than it is. No leaks after two major storms. Highly recommend!

Perfect for my balcony!
I was worried about installation, but the instructions were clear. The transparency is amazing; it lets in so much light while keeping the rain off. It feels very sturdy even in windy conditions.
Q: What is the maximum wind speed this can withstand?
A: When installed correctly with all provided brackets secured into solid masonry or wood studs, the awning can withstand wind speeds up to 60 km/h (approx. 37 mph). In areas prone to hurricanes or extreme storms, additional reinforcement or temporary removal is advised.
Q: Will this turn yellow over time?
A: Our polycarbonate sheets come with a co-extruded UV protective layer specifically designed to prevent yellowing and degradation from sunlight. With proper maintenance, it should remain clear for many years, backed by our warranty.
Q: Can this awning be cut to fit a non-standard width?
A: Yes, the polycarbonate sheet can be trimmed with a fine-tooth saw or a specialized plastic cutter. However, we recommend ordering a custom size if your measurement is significantly different from our standard options to ensure the frame fits correctly.
Q: Does the package include the sealant needed for waterproofing?
A: Yes, each kit includes a tube of high-quality silicone sealant sufficient for standard installations. For extra-long units or multiple joints, you may wish to purchase an additional tube of neutral-cure silicone just in case.
