Solid build quality
Feels sturdy in the hand and not too heavy. The wireless range is decent within a room. My only wish is that it came with more color filaments in the box, but overall a great purchase.

Excellent classroom tool
Bought five of these for our school art club. They are durable, safe, and the kids love the freedom of not being tethered to a wall outlet. Highly recommend for educational settings.

Safe and fun
Finally a 3D pen that doesn't smell like burning plastic or feel like a soldering iron. The PCL filament melts at a very low temperature. It's genuinely safe for children under supervision.

Good but filament loading is tricky
The pen works well once you get the filament loaded, but the mechanism is a bit stiff for small hands. My son needed help getting started. Once running, the drawings look great and the low temp is a huge plus.

Perfect for my 8-year-old!
I was worried about my daughter burning her fingers with a traditional 3D pen, but this M5 model stays cool to the touch. She has been drawing for hours without any issues. The wireless feature makes it so much easier for her to move around while creating.

Great battery life
The battery lasts surprisingly long on a single charge. I used it for about 45 minutes of continuous drawing before needing to plug it back in. The extrusion is smooth, though it takes a moment to warm up initially.
Q: Can I adjust the speed of the filament extrusion?
A: The M5 features a variable speed control button that allows you to increase or decrease the flow rate depending on your drawing needs.
Q: Does this pen work with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, the M5 supports both PCL (low-temp) and standard PLA filaments. However, when using PLA, the nozzle will be hotter, so adult supervision is recommended.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A: It typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes to reach a full charge via the included USB Type-C cable.
Q: Is the tip hot enough to burn skin?
A: When using the recommended low-temperature PCL filaments, the tip remains safe to touch and will not scald skin. Always exercise caution regardless of the setting.
Q: What happens if the battery dies while I am drawing?
A: If the battery runs out, the pen will stop extruding. You can simply connect it to the charger and continue using it while plugged in; it functions in wired mode as well.
