Saved my printer

Better than the stock part
Seems to have better heat dissipation than the original unit. My ABS prints are coming out much cleaner with less warping near the nozzle area.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE

Excellent thermal performance

Good value, fast shipping
Works well with PLA and PETG. The only reason for 4 stars is that the fan connector was slightly tight, but it fits securely once pushed in. Overall a solid purchase.

Solid build quality
The metal parts feel durable and the threading is precise. It took a little trial and error to get the bed leveling right after installation, but that's expected.
Q: Can I use 3rd party nozzles with this assembly?
A: Yes, this assembly uses standard MK8 threaded nozzles. You can swap them out for any 1.75mm compatible nozzle brand.
Q: Is this compatible with the CR-6 Max as well?
A: This specific assembly is designed for the CR-6 SE. While some parts may fit the Max, we cannot guarantee compatibility or performance due to different wiring lengths and mounting brackets.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?
A: No firmware update is required. This is a direct hardware replacement with identical electrical specifications to the original component.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can safely reach?
A: The standard brass nozzle included is rated for temperatures up to 260°C, suitable for PLA, PETG, and ABS. For higher temperature materials, a hardened steel nozzle upgrade is recommended.
Q: Does this come with the silicone sock for the heater block?
A: No, the silicone protective sock is not included in this package. It must be purchased separately or reused from your old assembly if intact.
