Perfect for my home gym setup
This standing bag is incredibly stable. I was worried it would tip over during heavy kicks, but the weighted base holds firm. Great for practicing roundhouse kicks without needing to mount anything to the ceiling.

The bag itself is well-made, but if you are a heavier adult or kick very hard, I suggest adding extra sand or water to the base beyond the standard fill line for maximum stability.

Excellent rebound action

A: The base can be filled with either sand or water. Sand is not included, but water works well for immediate use. For maximum stability, we recommend using sand.
Q: What is the return policy if the base cracks?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects including base cracks. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos for a replacement.
Q: Can this be used outdoors on a patio?
A: While it can be used outdoors temporarily, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain may degrade the PVC material. We recommend indoor use or covering it when outside.
