A: After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to upload your text details. You can also message us directly through the order page.
Q: Can this stamp be used on clothing fabrics?
A: Yes, this stamp works well on cotton and polyester blends. For best results on fabric, press firmly and allow the ink to air dry completely before washing.
Q: What happens if I make a typo in my order?
A: Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Since these are custom-made, we can only correct errors if caught before production begins.
Q: Is the ink refillable?
A: The included ink pad is replaceable. We sell compatible refill pads separately in our store under 'Stamp Accessories'.
Q: Is the ink safe if a child touches it?
A: Yes, our ink is non-toxic and water-based. However, we recommend washing hands with soap and water after use, as with any art supply.
