Perfect for my walnut collection
This tallow paste works wonders on my old walnuts. It brings out a deep red hue without making them look dirty or black. Highly recommended for serious collectors.

Best patina enhancer I've used
I have tried many oils, but this solid tallow gives the most natural glass-like finish to my prayer beads. It does not attract dust like liquid oils do.

Works well but hard to apply in winter
The product quality is good, but since it is solid, it becomes very hard to scoop out during cold weather. I had to warm the container slightly before use.

No blackening issues
My main concern was avoiding blackening, and this product delivered. My Vajra beads look vibrant and aged naturally after three weeks of use.

Good product, slight odor
The polishing effect is excellent on my Star-Moon Bodhi beads. The only downside is the mild animal fat smell, but it fades after a few hours of airing out.
Q: How often should I apply this paste?
A: We recommend applying a thin layer once every two weeks depending on how frequently you handle your items. Over-application is not necessary for maintaining luster.
Q: Is this suitable for new or only old beads?
A: This tallow paste is suitable for both new and old beads. For new beads, it helps accelerate the initial coloring process, while for old beads, it enhances the existing patina.
Q: Can I use this on wooden furniture?
A: While primarily designed for Wenwan collectibles, it can be used on small wooden items. However, we suggest testing on a small hidden area first to ensure desired results.
Q: What is the shelf life of this product?
A: When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the solid tallow paste has a shelf life of approximately 2 years.
