Perfect for winter cramps
These mugwort warm pads are a lifesaver during my cycle. The heat is consistent and lasts all day at work. The herbal scent is very soothing and not overpowering.

Great heat, strong smell
The heating function works exactly as described, keeping me warm for about 7-8 hours. The mugwort smell is quite strong, which I like, but might not be for everyone.

Better than electric heaters

Sticks well and stays warm
I was worried the adhesive wouldn't hold on my leggings, but it stayed put perfectly. The warmth penetrates deeply and helps relax my muscles immediately.
Q: How long does it take for the pad to start heating up?
A: Once you open the individual packet and expose the pad to air, it typically begins to generate heat within 10 to 15 minutes.
Q: Is the mugwort scent artificial or natural?
A: The scent comes from real mugwort extract included in the heating element mixture. We do not use artificial fragrances.
Q: Can I sleep with these pads on overnight?
A: We do not recommend sleeping with the pads on. Since you cannot monitor the temperature while asleep, there is a risk of low-temperature burns. Please remove before going to bed.
Q: What should I do if the pad gets too hot?
A: If you feel the heat is uncomfortable, please remove the pad immediately. Do not use it if you have sensitive skin or circulation issues without consulting a doctor first.
Q: Can these be used on bare skin?
A: For safety and to prevent skin irritation, we strongly advise applying the pad to your underwear or clothing rather than directly on bare skin.
