Great heat, sticks well
The heat lasts almost the entire work day. It adheres securely to my leggings and doesn't slide down. Took off one star because I wish the package came with more patches.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. The herbal smell takes a little getting used to if you aren't familiar with moxibustion, but it fades after an hour. Highly recommend for winter months.

Perfect for lower back pain
I bought these for my wife but tried one for my lower back pain after gardening. The deep heat penetration is fantastic. Very natural feeling compared to chemical heating pads.
Q: Is the scent strong? I am sensitive to smells.
A: The mugwort aroma is natural and moderate. It is most noticeable when first opened and tends to dissipate after about 30-60 minutes of use. Many users find it relaxing rather than overwhelming.
Q: Can I sleep with this patch on?
A: We recommend using the patch while awake to monitor skin temperature. While the heat is regulated, prolonged use during sleep without checking may cause mild skin irritation for some users.
Q: How do I activate the heating element?
A: Simply remove the patch from its individual airtight wrapper and expose it to air. The ingredients will begin reacting with oxygen immediately. Peel off the backing and apply to clean, dry skin or clothing.
Q: What is the shelf life of these patches?
A: As long as the individual packets remain sealed and undamaged, the patches have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date. Once opened, they must be used immediately as the heating process begins.
Q: Can this be used directly on bare skin?
A: Yes, the adhesive is designed for direct skin contact. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we suggest applying it to your underwear or a thin layer of clothing first to test tolerance.
