A: Unopened patches typically have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date. Please check the expiration date printed on the individual wrapper or the box.

Q: Can I sleep with these patches on?

A: We generally recommend removing the patch before sleeping. Since body movement decreases during sleep, the patch may not ventilate properly and could become hotter than intended, posing a risk of low-temperature burns.

Q: How do I activate the heat?

A: Simply remove the protective liner from the adhesive side and stick the patch onto your clothing (not directly on skin). Exposure to air triggers the iron powder inside to generate heat immediately.

Q: Is the adhesive strong enough for exercise?

A: Yes, the adhesive is designed to stay secure during normal daily activities and light exercise. However, for intense workouts involving heavy sweating, we suggest placing it on an inner layer of clothing rather than the outermost layer.

Q: Can children use these patches?

A: These patches are intended for adults and children over 12 years old. For younger children or individuals with sensitive skin, please consult a physician before use and always apply over clothing, never directly on the skin.
