Excellent durability
I've been running abrasive filaments through this for weeks with no signs of wear on the nozzle tip. Highly recommended for serious makers.

Fast shipping and great product
Arrived two days early. The build quality is superior to the stock parts that came with my printer. My print speeds have doubled.

Decent but had threading issues
The heater block is great, but the nozzle threads were slightly tight. Had to use a tap to clean them out before installation. Works fine now though.

Perfect upgrade for high flow printing
This kit transformed my old printer. The brass nozzle heats up quickly and the aluminum block distributes heat evenly. Great value for the price.

Solid performance for the price
Does exactly what it says. The PT version seems to resist clogging better than standard nozzles. Only wish it came in a variety pack of sizes.

Good quality but instructions could be better
The parts feel solid and machined well. Installation took a bit longer than expected because the manual was vague, but once installed, it works flawlessly.
Q: Can I use this with Carbon Fiber filament?
A: While the brass nozzle works for many materials, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle variant for abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber to prevent rapid wear.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this can handle safely?
A: The brass nozzle and aluminum block are rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. We do not recommend exceeding this limit to prevent material degradation.
Q: How do I know if I need the PT version?
A: The PT (Plated Tip) version offers better resistance to cold pulls and minor abrasion compared to standard brass. It is a good all-rounder for PLA, PETG, and ABS.
Q: Does this kit include a thermistor?
A: No, this specific kit includes the nozzle, heater block, and heat break only. The thermistor and heater cartridge must be purchased separately or reused from your existing setup.
Q: Is this compatible with the Ender 3 Pro?
A: Yes, provided you have upgraded your Ender 3 Pro with an E3D Volcano hotend system. It is not compatible with the stock V6 style hotend without modification.
