Good but not for heavy sweaters

They work well for normal daily activity, but if you are doing intense exercise, they might get saturated quickly. Perfect for office wear though.

Invisible and effective

You truly cannot see these under light-colored clothing. The adhesive is strong enough to stay put but gentle enough not to damage delicate fabrics.

Great for hat liners

I bought these primarily to line my baseball caps during hiking trips. They absorb a lot of moisture and keep the hat band clean. Just wish the pack was slightly larger.
