No grease needed

Excellent wear resistance
Running in a high load application on a conveyor system. They have been operating smoothly for three months without any maintenance. Highly recommend for industrial use.

Q: What tolerance should I use for the housing bore?
A: We recommend an H7 tolerance for the housing bore and a g6 tolerance for the shaft to ensure optimal performance.
Q: How should I install these sleeves?
A: These are designed for a press fit installation. Please ensure the housing is clean and chamfered to avoid damaging the lining during insertion.
Q: Can this bushing handle water exposure?
A: Yes, the composite material is resistant to water and can be used in wet environments without rusting significantly.
