Solved our maintenance issue
We no longer need to schedule regular greasing for these joints. Saves us a lot of downtime in the factory.

Great quality bronze composite
Ordered the 30mm ID set. Fitment was precise on the shaft. Much better than the plain plastic bushings we used before.

Reliable supplier
Third time ordering these SF-1 bearings. Consistency across batches is excellent. Highly recommend for industrial machinery.

Good value but tight fit
Quality seems solid. Had to press them in firmly which is expected for interference fit, but just be prepared with the right tools.
Q: Can these withstand outdoor weather conditions?
A: Yes, the bronze and PTFE composition is resistant to corrosion and suitable for outdoor use within the temperature range.
Q: What is the tolerance for the inner diameter?
A: The standard tolerance is typically H7 for the housing and f7 for the shaft, depending on the specific size selected.
Q: Do I need to add grease during installation?
A: No, the SF-1 material is self-lubricating. However, a thin film of oil during initial installation can help prevent galling.
Q: Is there a maximum shaft hardness requirement?
A: We recommend a shaft hardness of at least 200 HB for optimal wear resistance and longevity of the bearing surface.
Q: Do you offer bulk pricing for over 100 units?
A: Yes, please contact our sales team directly through the inquiry form for volume discount quotes on large orders.
