Good quality but tight fit
The material quality is excellent. However, the 30mm ID was slightly tight and needed a bit of reaming. Otherwise works as expected.

No grease needed
Installed these in a conveyor system. Running smooth without additional grease. Very satisfied with the durability so far.

Bulk order quality
Ordered 50 units for our assembly line. Dimensions were consistent across all pieces. Great vendor for bulk mechanical parts.

Great for machinery repair
Fits perfectly on my hydraulic press shaft. The self-lubricating feature saves me time on maintenance. Highly recommend for industrial use.

Packaging could be better
The bearing itself is fine and meets specs, but the box arrived crushed. Luckily the product wasn't damaged. Please improve shipping protection.
Q: Does this bearing require additional grease during installation?
A: No, the SF-1 composite is self-lubricating. However, a light coat of oil during initial installation can help prevent dry start-up.
Q: What is the hardness rating of the bronze layer?
A: The bronze sintered layer typically measures between 200-250 HB depending on the specific batch and heat treatment.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this sleeve can withstand?
A: The continuous operating temperature range is -40°C to +110°C. Short-term peaks up to 160°C are possible but may reduce lifespan.
Q: Is this suitable for underwater applications?
A: While the bronze composite resists corrosion, continuous submersion is not recommended as it may wash out the impregnated lubricant over time.
Q: Can I order custom lengths outside the standard range?
A: Yes, we offer custom machining. Please contact our sales team with your specific dimensions for a quote.
