Good quality, slow delivery
The bushings themselves are excellent quality bronze. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected but worth the wait for the durability.

Tight fit on 40mm
The 40mm bushing was slightly tighter than expected on our shaft. Had to sand down slightly. Otherwise good material.

Perfect replacement part
Ordered the 35mm ID for our conveyor motor. Fit was precise and installation was smooth. No squeaking after weeks of operation.

Self-lubricating works as advertised
Haven't needed to add any oil since installation. Great for hard-to-reach spots in our machinery.
Q: What is the press fit tolerance for the housing?
A: We recommend a standard H7 housing tolerance for optimal retention.
Q: Can these be used in high-temperature environments?
A: They operate safely up to 120°C. For higher temps, please contact us for alternative materials.
Q: Do these require additional grease during installation?
A: No, they are oil-impregnated. However, a light coat of oil on the shaft helps initial startup.
Q: Can I cut these to custom lengths?
A: Yes, they can be cut with a standard hacksaw or abrasive wheel, but deburr edges afterwards.
Q: Are these suitable for underwater applications?
A: While oil-impregnated, prolonged submersion may wash out the oil. Best for dry or occasional splash environments.
