Reliable industrial component
We use these in our assembly line for low-speed applications. They hold up well under continuous operation. The self-lubricating feature saves us maintenance time. Will order again.

Perfect fit for motor repair
I needed a replacement bushing for an old electric motor and this 10mm ID size fit perfectly. The oil-impregnated material means I don't need to worry about greasing it constantly. Great quality for the price.

Good quality, slightly tight
The bronze quality seems solid. I ordered the 12mm ID for a hobby project. It was a bit tight going into the housing, but once pressed in, it works smoothly. Would recommend having a reamer handy.

Standard specs as described
Dimensions are accurate according to ISO standards. The porosity allows for good oil retention. Just ensure you don't exceed the recommended speed limits to prevent overheating.

Great for automotive accessories
Used the 16mm sleeve bearing for a pedal assembly restoration. The thin-wall design allowed me to keep the original housing dimensions. Very satisfied with the durability so far.
Q: Is this material resistant to corrosion?
A: Sintered bronze has good natural corrosion resistance. However, in highly acidic or marine environments, additional protective measures or coatings may be required.
Q: How do I install this without damaging the bushing?
A: We recommend using an arbor press for installation. Ensure the housing is clean and deburred. Do not hammer directly on the bushing; use a mandrel to press on the outer ring.
Q: Do I need to add additional oil before installation?
A: No, these bushings are oil-impregnated during manufacturing. They are self-lubricating. However, adding a drop of light machine oil on the shaft before initial run-in can help.
Q: Can these bushings be used in high-speed applications?
A: These are designed for low to moderate sliding speeds (up to 0.5 m/s). For high-speed applications, we recommend using ball bearings or specialized high-speed bushings.
Q: What is the tolerance for the inner diameter?
A: The inner diameter typically follows an H7 tolerance class, ensuring a smooth fit for standard shafts. Please check the specific size chart for detailed tolerance measurements.
