The nylon feels very durable and machined well. Took off one star because shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is excellent.

Perfect Fit for Conveyor Repair
Used this MC nylon sleeve to replace a worn-out metal bushing on our packaging line. The friction is much lower and it runs quieter. Custom sizing was accurate.

Solid Product for Low Friction Apps
Works well for our prototype assembly. Had to do a tiny bit of sanding to get the perfect fit, but overall very satisfied with the wear resistance.

A: Standard MC Nylon may degrade with prolonged UV exposure. For outdoor use, we recommend requesting our UV-stabilized variant.
