Perfect for custom bushings
I used this rod to machine some replacement bushings for a conveyor belt system. The material cuts cleanly and the oil impregnation really helps with friction. Highly recommended for industrial DIY projects.

Durable and wear-resistant
Installed these as sleeve bearings in a high-motion assembly. After weeks of use, there is minimal wear. The self-lubricating feature is a game changer.

A: Nylon PA6 has good resistance to many chemicals and oils. It does absorb some moisture which can affect dimensions slightly, but it is suitable for wet environments.
Q: Can this material be drilled and tapped easily?
A: Yes, PA6 Nylon machines very well. We recommend using sharp tools and moderate speeds to prevent melting during drilling and tapping.
