Grease nipple position awkward
The housing works fine mechanically, but the grease fitting is in a tight spot on my setup. Might be fine for other applications.

Perfect fit for conveyor repair

Exact replacement unit

Compared to OEM prices, this is a steal. The cast iron feels robust and the powder coating seems durable against shop fluids.
Q: What is the tolerance range for the 25mm shaft fit?
A: The housing is designed for a standard h7 tolerance on the shaft. Please consult your engineering specs for precise clearance requirements.
Q: What are the center-to-center dimensions for the mounting holes?
A: The bolt hole center-to-center distance is 100mm horizontally and 80mm vertically. Please refer to the downloadable CAD drawing for full details.
Q: Can this handle high temperature environments above 120°C?
A: No, the standard nitrile seals are rated up to 110°C. For higher temperatures, please contact us for high-heat seal options.
Q: Are replacement seals available separately?
A: Yes, we stock replacement seal kits compatible with the BFP Flanged Mounting Base series. Search our parts section for seal kits.
