Great quality, slight smell at first

Q: Is the rubber coating removable?

A: No, the rubber coating is permanently bonded to the cast iron core to ensure durability and noise reduction. It is not intended to be removed.

Q: Do these plates fit a standard 1-inch bar?

A: No, these plates have a 50mm hole diameter designed specifically for Olympic bars (2-inch). They will not fit standard 1-inch bars without an adapter.

Q: What is the total diameter of the 20kg plate?

A: The 20kg plate has a standard Olympic diameter of approximately 450mm (17.7 inches), ensuring it clears the ground properly during deadlifts.
