A must-have for collectors
Even if you don't play, this is a beautiful display piece. However, since it actually plays wonderfully, I've started learning songs from the soundtrack. The bamboo quality is top-notch.

Good value for money
Very happy with this purchase. It's lightweight and comfortable to hold. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cleaning rod felt a bit flimsy, but the flute itself is solid.

Beautiful craftsmanship
The details on this flute are stunning. The black accents match the Wei Wuxian style perfectly. As a music teacher, I find the intonation quite accurate for a student model. My student loves it.

Perfect starter flute for fans!
I bought this because I love the show, but I was worried it might be just a prop. Surprisingly, the sound quality is excellent for a beginner instrument. It arrived well-packaged and the bamboo feels very smooth.

Exceeded expectations

Great tone, needs breaking in
The flute looks exactly like the pictures. The tone is sweet once you get the embouchure right. It required a few days of playing to settle the sound, which is normal for bamboo. Highly recommend for the price.
Q: Is the pitch adjustable or fixed?
A: Like most traditional transverse bamboo flutes, the pitch is primarily fixed by the length and hole placement. However, you can make micro-adjustments to the pitch by slightly rolling the flute inward or outward while playing.
Q: How do I maintain the bamboo to prevent cracking?
A: To prevent cracking, avoid exposing the flute to extreme temperature changes or direct sunlight. We recommend oiling the bore lightly with almond oil once a month and always storing it in the provided cloth bag.
Q: Does it come with sheet music or tutorial instructions?
A: It includes a basic care guide and fingering chart. While it does not come with full sheet music, we provide a digital link to beginner tutorials and popular song tabs upon purchase.
