Perfect for home workouts
These bands are incredibly durable and provide great resistance. I use them daily for leg day and they haven't lost their elasticity at all.

Great value set
Good variety of resistance levels. The lightest one is a bit too easy for me, but the heavy ones are challenging. The carry bag is a nice touch.

Bought these for knee rehab. The lowest resistance is perfect for starting slow. Only wish the guide had more specific rehab exercises.

A: These are loop bands designed for body anchoring or wrapping around stable objects. They do not come with door anchors, but you can safely wrap them around a sturdy post if needed.
