Sturdy but needs a smooth floor
The build quality is solid and the foam padding is comfortable. Just make sure you use it on a very smooth surface; it slipped a bit on my textured bathroom mat, but works perfectly on the hardwood.

Great addition to my home gym
This sit-up assistant is exactly what I needed. The suction cups hold very well on my kitchen tile floor. It makes doing crunches much easier on my lower back since I don't have to hook my feet under the couch anymore.

Solid construction
The plastic feels thick and durable, not flimsy like some other cheap fitness gear I've bought. The foot hooks are wide enough to be comfortable even without shoes. Would recommend.

Good value, minor durability concern
It works as advertised for the price. However, after a month of daily use, one of the suction cups seems to be losing its grip slightly faster than before. Cleaning them before each use helps.

Perfect for beginners
