Great grip, sizing runs small
Love the anti-slip sole for Pilates reformer classes. However, I had to size up twice from my normal shoe size to get a comfortable fit around the toes.

Best indoor training shoe

Good for studio floors
Very happy with the traction on hardwood studio floors. They protect my feet from splinters while still allowing me to feel the ground. Wish they came in more colors.

I have owned three pairs of Vibrams over the years. This KSO EVO model is the lightest yet most durable. The mesh dries quickly after sweaty sessions.

A: We strongly recommend tracing your foot on a piece of paper and measuring the length in centimeters, then comparing it to our specific size chart. Do not rely on your standard sneaker size as fit varies significantly.
Q: Can these be worn outside for running?
A: While the KSO EVO has a durable sole, it is primarily designed for indoor fitness, yoga, and pilates. For outdoor running on rough terrain, we recommend our V-Run or V-Trail models for better protection.
Q: Are these machine washable?
A: No, please do not put them in the washing machine or dryer. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cool water, then air drying away from direct heat or sunlight.
Q: Is there arch support built in?
A: These shoes feature a zero-drop design with minimal arch support to promote natural foot movement and strengthening. If you require significant arch support, this minimalist style may not be suitable.
