Perfect for my morning yoga routine
These shoes are incredibly lightweight and the sole is truly silent on my hardwood floors. The acupressure points feel great during standing poses.

Comfortable but runs slightly small
Love the breathability and the non-slip grip. I would recommend ordering half a size up if you have wider feet. Otherwise, fantastic quality.

Soft and supportive
The soft sole makes a huge difference when doing floor exercises. No more sore feet after a long session. The mesh keeps my feet cool too.

Good but not for sweaty feet
While they are breathable, I found them a bit slippery inside when my feet got very sweaty during intense cardio. Great for gentle yoga though.
Q: How do I clean these shoes?
A: We recommend hand washing them with mild soap and warm water. Please avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the shape and adhesive.
Q: Are the acupressure points uncomfortable for beginners?
A: Most users find the acupressure points stimulating but comfortable. If you are new to them, we suggest wearing thin socks initially until your feet adjust.
Q: Is the sole thick enough for joint protection?
A: Yes, the 1.5cm EVA sole provides excellent cushioning and shock absorption suitable for yoga, pilates, and low-impact home fitness activities.
Q: Can these shoes be worn outdoors?
A: These shoes are designed primarily for indoor use. While the sole is durable, outdoor terrain may wear down the silent non-slip texture faster.
Q: Do they come in wide widths?
A: Currently, we offer a standard width that accommodates most foot shapes due to the stretchy mesh upper. For very wide feet, sizing up is advised.
