Beautiful craftsmanship

Great instrument, minor setup needed

The sound is rich and clear across all four octaves. I had to spend about an hour adjusting the bridges to get the intonation exactly right for my preference, but that is standard for high-end Yangqins. Once set up, it plays beautifully for stage shows.

Solid performance instrument

Very satisfied with the acoustic properties. The sustain is long and the harmonics are clear. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mallets included were a bit light for my taste, but I usually use my own anyway. The instrument itself is top-tier.
