Works but instructions were vague
The part itself works fine and the buttons click nicely. However, the installation guide was generic and didn't show the specific ribbon cable orientation for my model. Had to guess a bit.

Good quality, slightly tight fit

Solid replacement part
Does exactly what it says. The size input display is clear and easy to read even in low light. Deducting one star only because the adhesive backing could be stronger.
Q: Will this fit a Hunter GSP9700 balancer?
A: This accessory is designed for generic membrane keypad systems. While it fits many models, we recommend comparing the ribbon cable pin count and physical dimensions with your current unit before purchasing for specific Hunter models.
Q: Do I need special tools to install this?
A: No special tools are required. A standard Phillips head screwdriver and a plastic prying tool (often included with the unit) are sufficient to remove the old keypad and install the new one.
Q: What if the ribbon cable connector looks different?
A: If the connector shape or pin arrangement differs, this part will not be compatible. Please send us a photo of your current internal connector via our support portal so we can verify compatibility or suggest the correct adapter.
