Best investment for our cafe patio

Great visual impact, easy setup
We installed this at our mall entrance for the spring promotion. It took about an hour to set up. The mist is fine and doesn't soak people, which is great. Only wish the water tank was slightly larger for all-day use.

Good product, minor noise
The visual effect is stunning and exactly as advertised. The ultrasonic hum is noticeable in a quiet room, but in a busy amusement park setting, it's completely drowned out by crowd noise. Very happy with the purchase.

Perfect for our summer festival booth!

Exceeded expectations
The build quality is solid. We were worried about the electronics near the water, but the sealing is excellent. The heart shape is distinct and looks amazing on camera. Worth every penny.

A: The unit is IP54 rated, which protects against splashing water from any direction. It is safe for covered outdoor areas where light rain or overspray might occur, but it should not be submerged or exposed to heavy downpours.

A: Yes, the device features multiple modes. You can switch between the signature heart-shaped projection, a standard straight curtain, and various dynamic patterns via the remote or mobile app.
Q: Does this come with DMX cables for professional lighting control?
A: The package includes the DMX input port and a basic controller, but professional DMX cables (XLR) are sold separately to allow you to choose the exact length needed for your specific venue layout.
Q: What kind of water should be used to prevent clogging?
A: For optimal performance and longevity of the ultrasonic transducers, we strongly recommend using distilled or demineralized water. Tap water with high mineral content may cause scaling over time.
