Impeccable sound clarity

Great gear, professional setup team
The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. The technicians arrived early to set up everything before our conference started. Only minor issue was a slight delay in delivery, but they made up for it with excellent service.
Q: Can I get a technician to stay on-site during the entire event?
A: Absolutely. We offer an optional on-site engineer service who will manage the soundboard and troubleshoot any issues in real-time. This can be added to any rental package.
Q: What happens if a microphone fails during my presentation?
A: All our rental packages include backup equipment. Additionally, if you opt for the on-site support, our technician will immediately swap out any faulty gear to ensure your event continues without interruption.
Q: How far in advance should I book for a weekend event?
A: We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for weekend events, especially during peak seasons like spring and autumn. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Q: Is the equipment suitable for outdoor use in rainy weather?
A: Our standard speakers and consoles are designed for indoor or covered outdoor use. For fully exposed outdoor events, we provide weather-resistant covers and can recommend specific waterproofed gear upon request.
Q: Do you provide delivery and setup services outside the city center?
A: Yes, we offer delivery and professional setup services throughout Suzhou and its surrounding districts. Additional transport fees may apply for locations further than 20km from the downtown area.
