Good product, shipping took long

Great value but manual could be better
The scoreboard works exactly as described. The only downside is the instruction manual was a bit vague on the initial pairing process, but customer support helped us out.
Q: What happens if the power goes out during a game?
A: The unit features a battery backup system that retains the current score and time for up to 4 hours during a power outage.
Q: Can I customize the team names displayed?
A: This specific model displays numeric scores and periods; it does not have an LED matrix for custom text team names, but it does have indicators for Home and Guest.
